Covered components and duration

Your LEGIT E-BIKE is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase:

  • Frame: 36 months
  • Battery: 18 months
  • Motor (Bafang): 24 months
  • Charger, display, fork, torque sensor, and controller: 12 months

Coverage applies only when the product has been used as intended and has not been altered. Misuse, abuse, accidents, and unauthorized modifications are not covered. You must show the product was purchased from LEGIT E BIKES LLC and that the failure is a manufacturer defect. Claims must be authorized by LEGIT E BIKES LLC in advance.

Conditions that may void your warranty

To maintain your warranty coverage, it's important to use your LEGIT E BIKE as intended. The warranty may be voided under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Abuse or misuse of the e-bike, including operating it beyond its intended capabilities.
  • Misapplication of the e-bike, such as using it for purposes not recommended by LEGIT E BIKES.
  • Any unauthorized modifications or alterations made to the e-bike's components.

We encourage all riders to follow the guidelines provided in their user manual to ensure continuous warranty protection.

Initiating a warranty claim

If you believe you have a warranty issue with your LEGIT E-BIKE, please follow these steps to begin your claim:

  1. Document the issue: Take clear photos and videos of the affected part or visible defect. This documentation is crucial for assessing your claim.
