Covered components and duration

Your LEGIT E-BIKE comes with a warranty that covers essential components, ensuring your riding experience remains exceptional. Our warranty specifically includes the following parts:

  • Frame: 36 Months Covered against manufacturing defects for [[warranty_period_frame]] from the date of purchase.
  • Battery: 18 Months Covered against defects in materials and workmanship for [[warranty_period_battery]] from the date of purchase.
  • Motor: 24 Months for Bafang Covered against manufacturing defects for [[warranty_period_motor]] from the date of purchase.
  • Charger, Display, fork, Torque sensor and controller 12Months

NOTE: All above warranty terms are only valid when the products have been properly used and not altered in any matter. We will not offer you any warranty if products are improperly usedor altered.

Customers must present evidencethat the claimed products were bought with Legit and the malfunction is due to a manufacturer defect. All warranty claims must be authorized and accepted by Legit e bikes in advance.
